To practice telepsychology under the authority of PsyPact, psychologists must be licensed in their own state, apply for and be granted an E. Passport from the ASPPB, and apply for and obtain Authority to Practice Interjurisdictional Psychology (APIT) from the PsyPact Commission. Once these steps are completed, psychologists can practice telepsychology in participating states without having to obtain additional licenses.
