One of Dr. FitzGerald’s professional passions is supporting individuals and families who are seeking new tools and support as they navigate a challenging diagnosis or major life transition, such as high school, college, independent adult life, or to walk alongside parents raising a neurodiverse child.

While she draws upon a range of therapeutic modalities and techniques to provide the most effective treatment for each client, the core of Dr. FitzGerald’s practice is founded on active listening, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, and an integrated approach to wellbeing through caring for the mind, body, and by connecting to something greater than oneself.

Helping families understand why their child is struggling - and providing a clear roadmap for what to do next.
