What to expect

  • Inquiry

    Free, 15-minute consultation

Private, one-on-one conversation to determine if we are a good fit to help with your situation

  • Intake

Gather in-depth information about your child’s history, strengths, and current challenges. Together, we will identify the questions to be answered based upon your goals for the evaluation and outline a path forward that’s evidence-based, compassionate and tailored to your child’s unique needs.

  • Assessment

While we generally recommend in-person testing for children, teens, and young adults, some evaluations can be completed remotely. In-person testing is available to clients who are in (or travel to) Pennsylvania. Virtual assessments are conducted using a HIPAA-compliant telemedicine platform.

  • Feedback & Roadmap

Parents and/or clients receive a detailed review of the evaluation results and opportunities to ask questions, followed by individualized recommendations based upon the evaluation, presented as a roadmap to guide next steps.

  • Collaborative Care

We believe that the best outcomes occur through collaboration across each part of a child’s life. As such, we coordinate with parents, teachers, pediatricians, physicians, and others. We have extensive experience working with schools and IEP teams to ensure that they understand your child’s needs and carryover needed accommodations and strategies into the educational setting.
